App Builder Basics

The App Builder tab contains the toolsets that are used to create and refine custom journeys, allowing you to optimize them for business results and a seamless user experience.

This tab is where you will build and configure applications, business features, steps, workstreams, and many other important aspects of the customer journey. The App Builder tab is also where you can preview and validate your data.
